The new primary school project integrates architecture, sustainability, and social inclusion, shaping an educational ecosystem open to the community. The school is designed according to the principles of universal design, with flexible and modular spaces that adapt to diverse needs. Green areas are developed on multiple levels, providing outdoor learning environments and enhancing bioclimatic comfort. The masterplan strengthens connections with the neighborhood through bike paths, pedestrian routes, and a new civic square. The “Generations Park” links the school and city in a widespread system for intergenerational socialization. The educational approach is based on the “1+4” model, promoting dynamic, modular, and innovative learning spaces. The building, made of laminated wood and reinforced concrete is a equipped with photovoltaic panels, smart systems, and rainwater collection. The school thus becomes a community hub and a laboratory for environmental education.
